We currently offer delivery across the UAE, including:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Fujairah
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Umm Al Quwain
2. Delivery Time Slots
- Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only): Available for orders placed before the cut-off time 6 PM.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available across all emirates.
- Scheduled Delivery: Customers can select a preferred delivery date at checkout.
While we aim to meet your selected time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges

Dubai:
- Free shipping on orders above AED 300
- AED 30 shipping fee for orders below AED 300

Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain):
- Flat shipping charge of AED 200
4. Delivery Attempt
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
- Our team will attempt to contact the recipient or sender
- The order may be rescheduled or delivered to a neighbor/security (with approval)
Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Invalid or unreachable contact numbers
- Recipient unavailability
6. International Deliveries
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the UAE.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, public holidays, traffic disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.
