We currently offer delivery across Dubai:

We offer same-day, next-day, and scheduled deliveries depending on the product and location.


  • 1-Hour Delivery: Exclusively available for some specific products when ordered before the cut-off time of 5 PM.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for most products when ordered before the cut-off time of 5 PM.

  • Standard Time Slots: You can choose a preferred delivery time slot at checkout. While we aim to meet it, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or recipient availability.

  • Midnight Delivery / Fixed-Time Delivery: Order before 6 PM for Midnight Delivery Option.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free for complete Dubai on order value AED 499 or above and AED 29 for the order lesser than AED 499.

  • Custom Requests: Charges may apply for specific customizations or logistics requests.

4. Delivery Attempt

  • If the recipient is unavailable, our team will try to contact them or the sender. If no one can be reached, the order may be rescheduled, or delivered to a neighbor/guard with consent.

  • Redelivery is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unreachable contact numbers

  • Recipient not available

6. International Deliveries

Currently, we do not support international shipping (outside UAE).

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen weather conditions.
